What you will do
- Design and operate production-grade machine learning systems that power real-time personalization across the platform.
- Partner closely with product and engineering teams to deliver scalable data-driven products.
- Protect system quality and prevent regressions through rigorous testing techniques and direct code contributions.
- Drive long-term architectural improvements and advocate for larger-scale technical changes.
- Build automated processes for large-scale data analyses, model development, model validation, and model implementation.
- Lead complex, cross-functional machine learning initiatives across different teams.
What you need
- Bring professional experience building software systems for at least 6 years, with ideal total experience around 10 years.
- Demonstrate hands-on proficiency with Python and tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, XGBoost, Pandas, Matplotlib, SQL, or Spark.
- Possess extensive experience applying machine learning and data analysis to construct scalable systems.
- Show a proven track record of creating efficient, automated workflows for model development, validation, and implementation.
- Demonstrate leadership experience managing cross-functional machine learning projects across multiple teams.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $320,000 - $360,000 annually. Compensation also includes equity and benefits, with salary ranges determined by role, level and location.
