Key Responsibilities

Lead architecture reviews for go-to-market systems that process lead-to-cash transactions and generate crucial data points for the organization.
Architect and mature the engineering pipeline, overseeing pull request workflows, CI/CD, automated user acceptance testing, and deployment paths.
Establish shared AI-assisted development standards to convert individual AI usage into consistent team practice.
Partner with external engineering teams on shared architectural problems and build agentic tooling running on platform infrastructure.
Trace dependency chains from upstream data to downstream quoting and provisioning systems to assess change impacts.

Requirements

Strong software engineering fundamentals including version control discipline, testing, code review, deployment automation, and simple design preferences.
Experience building team delivery pipelines and leading teams through a step change in engineering practices.
Ability to work fluently with AI coding tools and agentic development workflows.
Track record of running cross-team technical discussions that result in concrete decisions.
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience in a relevant field.

Nice to Have

Background working on business-critical enterprise platforms where financial correctness and auditability matter.
Experience with Salesforce or comparable enterprise systems, including metadata and deployment models.
Experience building tooling or agents on top of enterprise systems of record.
History of operating within a company under audit or compliance constraints.
