Key Responsibilities

Build and operate autonomous agents to execute end-to-end go-to-market workflows, including inbound, outbound, pipeline management, and customer engagement.
Design robust human oversight mechanisms such as approval gates, handoffs, and escalation paths to keep human sellers in control.
Develop comprehensive evaluation frameworks for agent behavior across development and production environments.
Instrument model and tool calls in production to build observability and directly measure the impact of agent actions on revenue and pipeline.
Ship Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers, agent skills, and web applications connecting to central data systems like CRMs and data warehouses.
Establish technical direction and architecture for shared codebases that builders across the go-to-market organization can contribute to.
Collaborate closely with human sellers and revenue operations teams to ground agent designs in practical, real-world workflows.

Requirements

Strong programming skills using Python or TypeScript to build and operate production-grade applications.
Hands-on production experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), covering agent development, context engineering, MCP development, tool use, and evaluation frameworks.
Demonstrated experience utilizing evals and transcript analysis to diagnose and resolve real issues in LLM systems.
Working fluency with data, specifically utilizing SQL.
Demonstrated capability to navigate ambiguity, ship without formal specifications, and devise simple solutions to complex problems.
Genuine passion for advancing safe, beneficial artificial intelligence systems.

Nice to Have

Eight or more years of professional experience in software engineering, machine learning engineering, or forward-deployed engineering roles, including former technical founders.
Familiarity with Claude Code and the Claude Agent SDK.
Direct experience working with go-to-market systems such as CRMs, sales engagement platforms, conversation intelligence, or closely partnering with revenue teams.
Background in applied machine learning and experimentation, including A/B testing, recommendations, propensity models, or causal analysis.
Exceptional communication skills capable of translating technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Salary and Benefits
