Drive post-close security integration by setting up static and dynamic analysis coverage, tracking critical remediation to closure, and folding assets into bug bounty scopes.
Coordinate adjacent security engineering teams, including cloud, supply chain, detection, and corporate security.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external target company counterparts to keep security workstreams legible and transparent.
Formalize and scale the M&A security playbook, risk-scoring models, and integration checklists using Claude-powered tooling.
Participate in the team's operational on-run rotation and contribute to core application security projects between deals.

Requirements

Practical threat-modeling and vulnerability-identification skills.
Comfort operating with high autonomy, ambiguity, and tightly-held confidential context.
Clear written and verbal communication across executives, legal teams, and acquired engineering counterparts.
A relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Nice to Have

7+ years of experience in application security, security consulting, or security architecture.
Prior M&A security due diligence, third-party assessment, or technical due diligence experience.
