Staff AI Engineer (Security)

Team members collaborate closely with technical leaders and security domain experts to build AI-driven investigation, detection, and automation workflows. What you will do
- Design and develop AI workflows that automate investigation and analysis tasks.
- Build agent-based systems connected to internal tools, data sources, and knowledge repositories.
- Implement detection logic and risk signals to identify suspicious or high-risk activities.
- Construct scalable batch and streaming data pipelines for AI and analytics workloads.
- Develop APIs, backend services, and distributed systems to support production AI applications.
- Monitor operational systems and resolve stability or quality issues.
What you need
- Six or more years of software engineering experience.
- Experience developing production backend systems using Python.
- Background in machine learning, AI, large-scale data processing systems, or analytics platforms.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud-native architectures.
- Experience with API design and scalable service development.
- Ability to independently execute projects from requirements definition to production deployment.
Nice to have
- LLM, RAG, and AI Agent development experience
- Fraud Detection, Trust & Safety, Identity Security, Security Engineering, or Risk Management system development experience
- Feature Engineering and large-scale data processing experience
- Detection Engineering, SIEM, SOAR, or Security Analytics platform understanding
