Role Overview

Coupang Logistics Services is seeking a Milkrun Transport Specialist for a full-time position located in Seoul, South Korea. The position focuses on analyzing logistics data, identifying operational bottlenecks, and improving transportation structures. Candidates will work with various internal teams and partner companies to refine pickup routes, transport capacity, and inbound efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Establish core first-mile key performance indicators and build data-driven improvement strategies for pickup routes, vehicle utilization, and inbound lead times.
Review transport capacity adequacy based on supplier volume fluctuations and plan efficiency for hubs and routes.
Analyze anomalies such as pickup delays, unallocated vehicles, and loading bottlenecks to create fundamental prevention measures and redesign processes.
Analyze operational costs and pickup efficiency to uncover opportunities for cost reduction and service quality enhancement.
Collaborate with transport companies, vendors, fulfillment centers, brand managers, and other channels to optimize inbound flows.

Requirements

Three or more years of practical experience in logistics, operations, supply chain management, or related fields.
Project experience in logistics planning, process improvement, or operational optimization.
Ability to independently extract, refine, and analyze large-scale datasets using SQL.
Capability to lead projects through clear and logical communication within complex stakeholder environments.
Availability for schedule-based working hours, including 09:30 to 18:30, 13:00 to 22:00, and holiday work requirements.

Nice to Have

Experience automating routine tasks such as daily reporting and indicator tracking using AI tools like Generative AI or LLMs.
Proficiency in writing advanced SQL queries and query optimization in complex, high-volume database environments.
Experience in data analysis, data visualization, or recurring task automation script writing using Python with Pandas and NumPy.
Experience in system building and process design related to first-mile, milkrun, or B2B transportation and collection.
Ability to conduct business communication in Traditional Chinese.
