Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Direct the complete lifecycle of human capital management and financial integrations, spanning initial architecture, coding, validation, release, and ongoing maintenance.
Translate operational requirements from internal partners into clear technical blueprints and secure data pathways.
Construct data exchanges utilizing native Workday tools, custom reports, web services, and enterprise integration patterns.
Design automated workflows through integration platform technologies to connect core enterprise systems seamlessly.
Manage troubleshooting, error tracking, systemic root-cause evaluations, and operational resiliency improvements.
Conduct impact assessments and validation procedures for periodic enterprise software updates.

Requirements

Minimum of five years of practical integration development background specifically involving enterprise financial or human resources platforms.
Demonstrated history of directing data synchronization initiatives from conception through post-launch upkeep.
Comprehensive technical mastery of native development tools, custom reporting, web services, security groups, and data transformations.
Proficiency in modern data exchange formats, web standards, and application programming interfaces.
Familiarity with enterprise automation platforms such as Workato.
Solid comprehension of human resources and financial domain processes including staffing, compensation, procurement, and payroll.
Exceptional communication abilities to convey technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences in a fast-moving, global setting.

Nice to Have

Background in constructing workflows enabled by artificial intelligence via external services.
Exposure to developer productivity utilities and command-line tools.
Familiarity with advanced extension capabilities, orchestration tools, and automated testing frameworks.
Previous involvement supporting international operations across multiple countries.
Possession of active platform-specific integration or studio credentials.
