Role Overview

As a Solutions Engineer at Eve, you will play a critical role in driving customer success and revenue growth by designing tailored technical solutions. You will work closely with sales and success teams to understand client requirements, guide technical evaluations, and ensure smooth transitions from pilot phases to full production. This role acts as a primary bridge between clients and the internal product development team.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to analyze customer needs and design customized technical solutions.
Design and execute pilot strategies, including scope definition, success criteria, and technical evaluations to drive conversions.
Translate client workflows into scalable integration designs, mapping data and API strategies alongside IT departments.
Serve as a feedback loop by capturing customer requirements and edge cases to influence product roadmap priorities.
Guide enterprise clients through security questionnaires, data governance evaluations, and compliance alignments.
Consult with law firm executives and IT administrators to champion adoption strategies, AI safety, and long-term platform expansion.

Requirements

Bring at least 5 years of professional experience in Solutions Engineering or Solutions Architecture within the SaaS industry.
Demonstrate a strong command of SaaS architectures, APIs, authentication models, and data integration patterns.
Proven expertise in conducting technical discovery, managing software pilots, and supporting deal success.
Clear communication skills with the ability to translate complicated technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Structured problem-solving mindset capable of navigating ambiguity and building scalable solutions.
Ability to partner cross-functionally to align sales, engineering, and product groups around shared goals.

On Target Earnings (OTE) ranging from $130,000 to $210,000 USD, inclusive of base salary and commission.
