Key Responsibilities

Build and manage scalable operational processes for the Legal organization, including intake workflows, documentation, and reporting.
Partner with Legal leadership to improve efficiency, automation, and scalability while supporting contracts, matters, and vendor operations.
Own and improve cross-functional business processes spanning multiple departments and geographies to eliminate operational gaps.
Build operating mechanisms that improve visibility, accountability, and execution across the organization.
Manage the operational lifecycle of business tools and systems, handling procurement, implementation, ongoing optimization, and vendor management.
Establish scalable processes for business tool requests, approvals, and governance while automating manual workflows.
Connect information and workflows across departments so teams maintain the context needed to operate effectively.
Lead strategic projects and special operational initiatives on behalf of company leadership.

Requirements

Bring at least 5 years of experience in Business Operations, Legal Operations, Strategy and Operations, or related operational functions, preferably within an early-stage SaaS company.
Demonstrate experience operating in fast-growing, high-ambiguity environments without a predefined playbook.
Possess an AI-native skillset, including proven experience building agents and workflows.
Bring in-depth experience with contract legal management and similar operational systems, building processes, workflows, and infrastructure from scratch.
Exhibit strong problem-solving, project management, and cross-functional coordination abilities.
Demonstrate familiarity with business systems, tooling, procurement, vendor management, and process design.
Maintain strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
