Role Overview

In this capacity, the Solutions Architect partners directly with clients to design and deploy forward-thinking solutions that elevate customer engagement and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities

Analyze and assess client business and technical needs to formulate comprehensive solution proposals.
Formulate clear technical visions from business requirements and direct their execution to match client goals.
Produce detailed technical documentation and statements of work to maintain stakeholder alignment.
Oversee the validation, delivery, and deployment phases to guarantee adherence to high performance and quality benchmarks.
Guide and mentor distributed teams on solution designs and industry standards.
Explain intricate technical ideas clearly to both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

Possess at least 5 years of client-facing development experience focused on solution architecture and design.
Bring prior experience or familiarity working within the banking, financial services, or fintech industries.
Demonstrate proficiency in front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, alongside back-end languages including Node.js, Python, or Ruby.
Show practical experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP, along with familiarity regarding the SaaS lifecycle.
Exhibit a proven ability to partner closely with engineering teams during agile development cycles.
Maintain strong problem-solving and communication abilities, coupled with a deep passion for building and experimenting with modern AI tools.

Nice to Have

Background in contact centers, telephony or VoIP, financial services, or healthcare technology.
Knowledge of implementing serverless architectures, AI, big data, or other emerging enterprise tech stack tools.
Professional certifications related to cloud platforms or solution architecture.
