Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Partner directly with clients to evaluate technical and business needs, designing robust solutions to solve specific challenges.
Transform business objectives into actionable technical roadmaps and oversee their execution.
Create detailed technical documents and statements of work to keep stakeholders aligned.
Oversee the end-to-end validation, delivery, and deployment of technical solutions.
Guide and mentor remote team members to follow best practices and proper solution designs.
Explain intricate technical concepts clearly to both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of client-facing development background focused on solution architecture and design.
Prior experience or working knowledge involving core banking systems.
Strong background using cloud environments like AWS, Azure, or GCP alongside knowledge of the SaaS lifecycle.
Practical experience collaborating within agile engineering cycles.
Passion for artificial intelligence, demonstrated through ongoing experimentation and building with modern AI tools to automate workflows.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to Have

Background working in financial services, contact centers, telephony or VoIP, or healthcare technology.
Practical exposure to serverless architectures, big data, AI, or other emerging enterprise tech stacks.
