Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Build systems dedicated to accelerator-initiated tensor movement across the network.
Benchmark software performance within new networking environments.
Design and implement collective algorithms aimed at latency reduction.
Optimize congestion control algorithms designed for large-scale synchronous workloads.
Diagnose and resolve kernel-level network latency spikes.

Requirements

At least 5 years of professional experience in systems programming or network programming.
Expert-level command of network protocols and networking concepts.
Deep familiarity with kernel networking, including the TCP/IP stack, XDP, eBPF, io_uring, and epoll.
Knowledge of user-space networking techniques such as DPDK, RDMA, and kernel bypass.
Strong expertise in systems programming languages, memory management, lock-free data structures, and NUMA-aware programming.
Minimum education of a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to work from one of the designated office locations adhering to the hybrid policy.

Nice to Have

Understanding of machine learning accelerators and associated accelerator drivers.
Demonstrated ability to create new network protocols.
Practical experience working with PCIe and device drivers.
Familiarity with networking algorithms involving compression and graphs.
Background in SmartNIC programming.
