Key Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with research teams to translate novel model capabilities into intuitive user experiences.
Engage directly with internal test users and external partners to gather feedback and validate product concepts.
Design and run structured experiments to test hypotheses, balancing creative exploration with rigorous evaluation.
Generate documentation and insights to steer successful prototypes toward full product teams.
Advocate for user experience and product considerations early in the research lifecycle.
Provide direct feedback to research teams regarding model effectiveness and capability enhancements.

Requirements

8+ years of experience building full-stack applications, featuring a track record of zero-to-one work in startup or startup-like environments.
High agency, hacker mentality, a strong bias toward shipping, and comfort with technical debt when it represents the right tradeoff.
Deeply user-centric mindset with a history of validating ideas with actual users before over-investing.
Ability to articulate learnings from failed or killed projects objectively without defensiveness.
Strong generalist capabilities to transition between diverse problem spaces as priorities shift.
Independent working style combined with sound judgment and strong communication skills.
Minimum education of a Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and professional experience.
Ability to meet the location-based hybrid policy requiring time in an office setting.

Nice to Have

Experience building products incorporating AI or ML components or working directly with large language models.
Background in conducting user research, interviews, and usability testing.
Experience spanning both B2B and B2C product development across multiple industries.
Design sensibility or hands-on UI/UX experience for AI-powered applications.
Experience with real-time applications, WebSocket implementations, or complex frontend interactions.
