Role Overview

Elastic seeks a Software Engineer I to join the AI Observability team in Greece. The position centers on building user interfaces and backend logic for autonomous site reliability engineering solutions. Participate in detection and signal generation systems that establish baselines across high-cardinality telemetry.
Build offline and online evaluation infrastructure, alongside dataset construction and curation, to measure agent output quality.
Collaborate cross-functionally with UX designers, product managers, and data scientists.

Requirements

Minimum of two years developing applications using TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
Experience leveraging artificial intelligence to accelerate development, debug systems, and optimize code.
Familiarity with large language model-based systems, including agent orchestration, tool use, retrieval, and context management.
A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
Creativity, enthusiasm for technology, and a willingness to learn in a distributed environment.
