Define the technical vision for AI-delivered educational experiences at scale, deciding what to build, extend, or replace.
Construct AI-augmented pipelines for content generation, real-time adaptation, assessment delivery, and quality assurance in collaboration with educators.
Design platform capabilities supporting adaptive learning paths, competency-based progression, and AI-evaluated skill demonstrations.

Full-stack engineering expertise with a strong emphasis on backend systems such as databases, APIs, authentication, reliability, and infrastructure.

Background collaborating with security and infrastructure teams to satisfy enterprise standards while maintaining development velocity.
Active habit of using AI tools within personal engineering workflows.
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and professional experience in a relevant field.

Nice to Have

Previous experience building or contributing to learning platforms, credentialing systems, or educational technology products.
Background or familiarity with learning science, instructional design, or educational research.
Familiarity with SSO, identity protocols like SAML and OAuth, badging standards such as Open Badges, or LTI integrations.
Prior experience building systems incorporating LLM capabilities as core infrastructure.
