Key Responsibilities

Design, prototype, and rapidly ship full-stack features spanning backend systems, frontend interfaces, and infrastructure.

Analyze patterns across user requests to distill them into scalable platforms, middleware, or primitives supporting diverse use cases.
Build specialized tools designed to maximize creative freedom and autonomy for less-technical colleagues.
Drive product and prioritization decisions autonomously while adapting quickly to evolving technical domains and frameworks.

Requirements

Bring six or more years of professional experience building production software, specifically with a full-stack background.
Capability to act as a team of one, independently shepherding a product from initial conception through to final shipment.
Possess a systems-thinking mindset, focusing on underlying platforms and abstractions rather than isolated features.
Deep commitment to user empowerment and taking full accountability for whether solutions effectively resolve problems.
Comfort operating in environments characterized by ambiguity and making choices with incomplete information.
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and professional experience.

Nice to Have

Strong proficiency across the full technology stack, specifically utilizing Python, TypeScript, and React.
Demonstrated experience constructing internal tools, primitives, or foundational platforms utilized by others.
Proven track record of independently shipping products rather than solely contributing to massive team efforts.
