What you will do
- Design and deliver performance-focused AI agents that operate reliably in live production environments.
- Manage the complete agent development life cycle ranging from initial pilots through deployment and ongoing iteration.
- Collaborate directly with enterprise clients and startups to understand business challenges and deploy scalable AI solutions.
- Surface unmet customer needs to help guide the evolution of core platform tools and product features.
- Experiment with voice models and integrate them effectively for enterprise customers.
What you need
- Demonstrated experience building and scaling end-to-end production systems.
- Strong technical problem-solving capabilities tailored for fast-changing and ambiguous settings.
- High agency combined with a builder and tinkerer mindset to overcome obstacles and ship code.
- Comfort working directly with customers to understand requirements and solve practical problems.
- Clear, direct, and persuasive communication skills suited for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Nice to have
- Experience building or deploying AI and LLM systems in production
- Background as a founder or founding engineer
- Familiarity with eval frameworks, agent tooling, RAG pipelines, and prompt engineering
- Prior experience with React, TypeScript, and Go
- Previous experience interfacing with customers or leading technical projects with external stakeholders

What compensation is offered?
The salary ranges from SGD 200K to SGD 240K and includes offers of equity.
