Ownership spans the entire Agent Development Life Cycle, from initial pilot through deployment and continuous iteration in production environments. What you will do
- Design and deliver production-grade AI agents that handle sensitive patient and member interactions with empathy and reliability.
- Drive the complete Agent Development Life Cycle with full ownership from initial pilot through deployment and continuous iteration.
- Partner directly with executives and technical teams at health plans and provider networks to understand operational challenges.
- Navigate complex healthcare workflows, including EHR integrations, payer and provider operations, and data interoperability standards.
- Collaborate with research, product, and platform teams to prototype new tools and shape the future of the core platform.
