Key Responsibilities

Design and deliver production-grade AI agents that operate reliably across industries like commerce, healthcare, and finance.
Drive the entire Agent Development Life Cycle, taking complete ownership from initial pilot through deployment and continuous iteration.
Partner directly with enterprise leaders and cutting-edge startups to understand business challenges and build scalable AI solutions.
Build the future of the platform by gathering unmet user needs, prototyping tools, and collaborating with research and product teams.

Requirements

Experience building and scaling end-to-end production systems.
Strong technical problem-solving skills suited for fast-changing and ambiguous environments.
A builder and tinkerer mindset with high agency to find creative ways to ship solutions.
Comfort working directly with customers to understand needs and solve real-world problems.
Excellent communication skills with professional fluency in both German and English.

Nice to Have

Experience building or deploying AI and LLM systems in production environments.
Background as a founder or founding engineer.
Familiarity with modern AI agent tools, including evaluation frameworks, agent tooling, RAG pipelines, and prompt engineering.
Prior technical experience with React, TypeScript, or Go.
Previous roles involving direct customer interfacing or leading technical projects with external stakeholders.
