Key Responsibilities

Design and deliver production-grade, highly performant, and reliable AI agents that drive direct revenue for Sierra's growth across sectors like commerce, healthcare, and finance.
Drive the Agent Development Life Cycle by maintaining complete ownership from initial pilot through deployment and continuous iteration.
Partner directly with large enterprises and startups in London to understand core business challenges and implement scalable AI solutions.
Shape the evolution of the core platform by surfacing unmet user needs, prototyping new features, and collaborating closely with product, research, and platform teams.
Experiment with voice models, build generalizable agent frameworks, and develop solutions that manage complex customer interactions.

Requirements

Experience in building and scaling end-to-end production systems.
Strong technical problem-solving capabilities suited for fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
A high-agency, builder and tinkerer mindset focused on creative problem-solving and shipping.
Comfort with direct customer engagement to understand real-world requirements.
Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences, with professional fluency in French and English.

Nice to Have

Practical background in deploying or building AI and LLM systems in production environments.
Experience as a founder or founding engineer balancing craft, speed, and ownership.
Familiarity with modern AI agent tools, including RAG pipelines, evaluation frameworks, prompt engineering, and agent tooling.
Prior technical working knowledge involving React, TypeScript, or Go.
Previous professional experience leading technical projects with external stakeholders or interfacing with customers.
