Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and ship highly performant, reliable, and intuitive AI agents that run in production environments across industries like commerce, healthcare, and finance.
Drive the Agent Development Life Cycle by maintaining complete ownership and autonomy from initial pilot through deployment and continuous iteration.
Partner directly with leaders at large enterprises and cutting-edge startups in London to understand business challenges and build scalable AI solutions.
Shape the evolution of the core platform by surfacing unmet needs, prototyping new features, and collaborating closely with product, research, and platform teams.

Requirements

Experience building and scaling end-to-end production systems.
Strong technical problem-solving capabilities, particularly within fast-changing and ambiguous environments.
A builder and tinkerer mindset marked by high agency and creative problem-solving to overcome obstacles and ship features.
Comfort working directly with customers to understand their unique needs and solve real-world problems.
Excellent communication skills that allow for clear, direct, and persuasive interactions across both technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to Have

Experience building or deploying AI and LLM systems in a production environment.
Background as a founder or founding engineer, demonstrating an understanding of craft, ownership, and speed.
Familiarity with modern AI agent tooling, including evaluation frameworks, RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, and voice model integration.
Prior technical experience working with React, TypeScript, and/or Go.
Previous roles involving direct customer interfacing or leading technical projects with external stakeholders.
