Key Responsibilities

Design and deliver production-grade AI agents that operate reliably across industries like commerce, healthcare, and finance to drive direct revenue growth.
Manage the complete Agent Development Life Cycle, maintaining total ownership from initial pilot phases through deployment and iterative updates.
Collaborate with enterprise leaders and innovative startups to understand unique business hurdles and implement large-scale AI agent solutions.
Shape the trajectory of the core platform by identifying unmet customer needs, prototyping novel features, and working alongside research and product teams.

Requirements

Professional fluency in both Brazilian Portuguese and English.
Demonstrated background in building and scaling end-to-end production systems.
Exceptional technical problem-solving capabilities within fast-moving and ambiguous environments.
High agency mindset focused on shipping solutions and creatively overcoming hurdles.
Direct customer interaction experience to diagnose real-world operational needs.
Clear, persuasive communication skills suited for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to Have

Practical background in deploying or building AI and LLM systems in live production environments.
Previous experience functioning as a company founder or founding engineer.
Familiarity with modern agent tooling, evaluation frameworks, prompt engineering, and RAG pipelines.
Prior working knowledge using TypeScript, React, or Go.
Past roles involving direct client interfacing or managing technical projects with external partners.
