Role Overview

As a Software Engineer, Agent (Arabic speaking) at Sierra, the selected professional will take complete ownership of the Agent Development Life Cycle. This involves building, tuning, and evolving production-grade AI systems that directly drive revenue and growth for major global brands. The position requires collaborating directly with enterprise leaders in London and worldwide to understand business challenges and deploy impactful technological solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design and deliver production-grade AI agents that operate reliably across industries like commerce, healthcare, and finance.
Drive the entire Agent Development Life Cycle from initial pilot through deployment and continuous iteration.
Partner with major enterprises and startups to understand complex business needs and embed AI solutions across their operational stacks.
Contribute to platform evolution by surfacing unmet customer needs and collaborating with research and product teams.
Experiment with voice models and integrate them at scale for enterprise clients.

Requirements

Experience building and scaling end-to-end production systems.
Strong technical problem-solving abilities suited for fast-changing and ambiguous environments.
A builder and tinkerer mindset with high agency to find creative ways to overcome obstacles.
Comfort working directly with customers to identify needs and solve real-world problems.
Excellent and persuasive communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to Have

Experience building or deploying AI and LLM systems in production.
Background as a founder or founding engineer.
Familiarity with modern AI agent tooling, evaluation frameworks, RAG pipelines, and prompt engineering.
Prior practical experience with React, TypeScript, or Go.
Previous roles involving direct customer interaction or leading technical projects with external stakeholders.
