Requirements

Experience building and scaling end-to-end production systems.

Comfort engaging directly with customers to comprehend unique requirements and resolve real-world challenges.
Excellent communication skills capable of connecting clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to Have

Practical experience building or deploying AI and LLM systems in live production environments.
Background as a founder or founding engineer who understands the balance of craft, ownership, and speed.
Familiarity with modern AI agent tools, including evaluation frameworks, agent tooling, RAG pipelines, and prompt engineering.
Prior technical background utilizing React, TypeScript, and Go.
Previous professional experience interfacing directly with customers or leading technical projects with external stakeholders.
