Key Responsibilities

Design and ship reliable, high-performing AI agents that operate in production environments across commerce, healthcare, and finance sectors.
Own the entire Agent Development Life Cycle, managing processes from initial pilot stages through deployment and continuous iteration.
Collaborate directly with enterprise clients to analyze business hurdles and implement scalable AI solutions.
Prototype novel features and tools to guide the evolution of the core platform in partnership with product and research teams.
Develop frameworks that handle complex interactions, such as managing subscription churn or personalizing product recommendations.

Requirements

Demonstrated background in building and scaling end-to-end production systems.
Strong analytical problem-solving capabilities suited for fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
High agency and a builder mindset focused on creating workarounds to ship projects successfully.
Direct experience interacting with customers to identify real-world needs and deliver solutions.
Clear, direct, and persuasive communication abilities tailored for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to Have

Practical experience deploying AI or LLM systems into production environments.
Background as a founder or founding engineer balancing speed, craft, and ownership.
Familiarity with modern AI agent tooling, including RAG pipelines, evaluation frameworks, and prompt engineering.
Previous technical experience utilizing Go, TypeScript, or React.
Past roles involving direct communication with external stakeholders or customers on technical projects.
