Role Overview

In this position, engineers design and deliver production-grade AI agents that drive revenue and transform how major brands serve their customers. Professionals take complete ownership of the agent development life cycle, guiding systems from initial pilot through deployment and continuous iteration. The work involves partnering with large enterprises and innovative startups to solve complex business challenges, while using direct customer insights to shape the evolution of the core platform.

Key Responsibilities

Design and ship highly performant, reliable, and intuitive AI agents for production environments across industries like finance, healthcare, and commerce.
Drive the entire agent development life cycle with complete autonomy, managing everything from initial pilots to deployment and ongoing tuning.
Collaborate directly with enterprise leaders to understand pressing operational challenges and build scalable AI solutions.
Prototype new tools and features while working alongside research, product, and platform teams to advance agent development.
Experiment with advanced voice models and integrate them securely for enterprise-grade customers.

Requirements

Experience building and scaling end-to-end production systems.
Strong technical problem-solving capabilities suited for fast-changing and ambiguous environments.
A high-agency, builder and tinkerer mindset focused on finding creative ways to overcome obstacles.
Comfort working directly with customers to understand real-world needs and deliver solutions.
Strong English and Korean communication skills, with the ability to engage clearly and persuasively with technical and non-technical audiences alike.

Nice to Have

Experience building or deploying AI and LLM systems in production environments.
Background as a founder or founding engineer, demonstrating a balance of craft, ownership, and speed.
Familiarity with modern AI agent tools, including evaluation frameworks, agent tooling, RAG pipelines, and prompt engineering.
Prior experience working with React, TypeScript, and Go.
Previous professional experience interfacing with customers or leading technical projects involving external stakeholders.
