Role Overview

As a Senior Technical Recruiter focused on Product, the individual will act as an essential driver in building out the product organization. Working within a high-caliber talent team, this person will shape hiring strategies, partner closely with company leadership, and cultivate strong candidate relationships. Key Responsibilities

Design and execute creative talent acquisition strategies to secure top-tier product professionals in a competitive market.
Build and maintain robust, diverse candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing.
Track funnel metrics and analyze data to improve hiring speed, efficiency, and overall results.
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that reflects company values at every stage of the process.
Partner collaboratively with product hiring managers to understand role requirements, advise on strategy, and guide decision-making.
Monitor market trends related to talent movement and compensation to maintain competitiveness.
Represent the organization at industry events and build long-term relationships within the broader talent community.
Manage the interview process effectively, coordinate feedback, and support onboarding and immigration processes alongside the People team.

Requirements

Eight or more years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a primary focus on product disciplines within technology startups.
Demonstrated success hiring in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments.
Strong familiarity with the regional technical and product talent landscape.
Proven ability to attract passive candidates and create diverse, high-quality pipelines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build trust and constructively coach hiring managers.
Deep familiarity with the unique challenges, hiring bar, and market dynamics of the product function in tech.
Genuine dedication to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.

Nice to Have

Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field.
Experience recruiting across multiple product disciplines concurrently within a scaling company.
Existing professional network within the regional product community.

Skills and Tools

Proficiency in modern recruiting platforms and tools, with a preference for Greenhouse, ModernLoop, and Gem.
Data-driven approach to tracking recruiting funnel metrics and operational improvements.
Market analysis and compensation trend evaluation.
Stakeholder management and coaching.

Salary and Benefits

Salary range for this position is $150,000 to $220,000 USD, determined by factors including qualifications, skills, experience, and location.
