Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for diverse positions spanning engineering, product, research, operations, go-to-market, and corporate teams.

Collaborate with leadership and hiring managers to establish role criteria, structured interview workflows, and targeted sourcing techniques.

Implement proactive sourcing methods utilizing direct outreach, employee referrals, professional networks, and talent databases.

Conduct structured screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications, career motivations, and cultural fit.

Deliver a seamless, responsive candidate experience while driving interview velocity and keeping applicant tracking records updated.

Provide expert market insights and compensation benchmarking data to guide hiring managers toward informed talent decisions.

Oversee offer negotiations and closing processes while championing fair, equitable, and inclusive hiring standards.

Requirements

Minimum of 7 years of full-lifecycle recruiting expertise covering both technical and non-technical disciplines.

Demonstrated background working within high-growth startups, technology enterprises, or venture-backed businesses.

Track record of successfully placing software engineers, machine learning professionals, AI researchers, product leaders, and business staff.

Advanced sourcing capabilities using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter alongside referral and networking channels.

Capacity to balance multiple open requisitions concurrently without lowering quality standards or candidate communication.

Advanced communication, stakeholder management, and consultative advisory skills.

Strong organizational habits, meticulous attention to detail, and the autonomy to function independently with limited oversight.

Nice to Have

Prior recruiting background within artificial intelligence, machine learning, robotics, spatial computing, or geospatial industries.

Experience designing recruitment workflows from scratch inside early-stage or scaling startup ecosystems.

Background handling global recruitment or supporting geographically dispersed teams.

Previous usage of Ashby or alternative modern applicant tracking systems.

Possession of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional background.
