Senior Technical Program Manager, Connected Warfare (Active Clearance)
About this role
Bridging internal communication gaps across diverse engineering, product, and supply chain divisions is the primary operational challenge for this role at Anduril Industries. The Connected Warfare First Party team builds integrated communications, networking, computing, and command and control software powered by Lattice OS. Operating within a flat matrix organization, the incoming program manager coordinates cross-functional partnerships to streamline product deployments, align strategic priorities, and champion customer requirements.
Daily responsibilities involve orchestrating collaboration between business lines, tracking product sales through internal systems like ERP and CRM, and gathering user feedback from the field to refine technical offerings. Success in this position requires a structured thinker with a natural bias for ownership, technical aptitude in areas like machine learning and sensor fusion, and the ability to influence without formal authority. What you will do
- Serve as the primary bridge among internal departments to align efforts in developing and deploying integrated hardware-software C2 solutions that meet operational needs.
- Champion the adoption of Connected Warfare products across divisions by identifying high-impact integration opportunities and building compelling internal use cases.
- Design and implement user feedback loops to systematically gather, prioritize, and share insights and challenges experienced by C2 products.
- Engage actively with program and engineering teams to provide feedback that refines product features and optimizes user workflows.
- Foster strong working relationships with leaders across divisions to ensure trust, clear communication, and alignment of goals.
- Navigate and utilize internal business systems like ERP, CRM, and BI tools to accurately track, analyze, and report on product sales and key financial metrics.
What you need
- Demonstrated experience in technical program or account management roles.
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable operational strategies.
- Background in program management and product deployment.
- Willingness to travel up to 50 percent of the time.
