Senior Technical Program Manager, Connected Warfare (Active Clearance)

What you will do
- Serve as the primary bridge among internal departments such as engineering, product, and logistics to align efforts in deploying integrated C2 solutions.
- Drive product adoption across divisions by identifying high-impact integration opportunities and partnering with growth teams to expand the product footprint.
- Design and implement user feedback loops to systematically gather and share insights regarding product performance and operational challenges.
- Engage actively with engineering teams to provide feedback that refines features and optimizes user workflows for mission success.
- Foster strong working relationships with program and growth leaders to ensure trust, clear communication, and goal alignment.
- Utilize internal business systems including ERP, CRM, and BI tools to track, analyze, and report on product sales and key financial metrics.
What you need
- Demonstrated experience in technical program or account management roles.
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable operational strategies.
- Background in program management and the execution of product deployments.
- Active Secret or Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is strongly preferred.
- Willingness to travel up to fifty percent of the time.

- Experience with joint intelligence, operational planning, targeting, and fires systems
- Familiarity with command and control concepts
