  • Apply deep GRC domain expertise to help European customers navigate compliance frameworks such as GDPR, NIS2, DORA, ISO 27001, and SOC 2.
  • Partner with EMEA sales and solutions engineering on expansion opportunities while mentoring junior team members on technical problem-solving.

What you need

  • Bring over five years of professional experience in technical account management, solutions consulting, or technical customer success.
  • Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills with experience presenting technical solutions directly to C-suite risk executives.
  • Possess direct prior experience working inside an enterprise SaaS, governance, risk, or compliance team.
