AI Operations Specialist
About this role
Partnering cross-functional departments to discover, prototype, and operationalize high-leverage workflows occupies the daily schedule for this position. LogicGate builds a centralized governance, risk, and compliance platform with AI intelligence woven into its core to help enterprise clients navigate regulatory environments and quantify business value. As the first dedicated internal AI builder, this practitioner bridges the gap between complex operational bottlenecks and scalable, AI-driven solutions by automating manual processes and embedding capabilities directly into daily operations.
Reporting to the VP of AI Transformation & Operations, the specialist collaborates closely with RevOps, Customer Success, Finance, People, and Product & Technology teams. Success in this function requires a blend of hands-on technical proficiency with low-code tools, rapid prototyping, and consultative stakeholder management. Individuals who excel here possess an operator mindset, analytical instincts for evaluating process return on investment, and a strong capability to document systems and enable functional teams.

- Redesign complex operational workflows to streamline cross-departmental handoffs, eliminate operational friction, and drive measurable efficiency gains.
- Develop clear, reusable internal playbooks, documentation, and self-service templates that empower functional teams to sustain and build upon automated solutions independently.
- Instrument deployed solutions to track key operational metrics, including adoption rates, hours reclaimed, and cost savings, while transparently monitoring risk.
- Contribute to company-wide AI usage standards and operational frameworks to ensure automated workflows operate safely, securely, and consistently across the enterprise.
