Role Overview

Snorkel AI is seeking a Senior Strategy & Operations Manager to help run the expanding Data-as-a-Service business. Reporting to the Head of Strategy and Operations, this centralized team partners across Supply, Delivery, GTM, Innovation, Finance, and Engineering. The professional in this role will navigate complex business challenges, manage operating cadences, drive planning cycles, and establish durable systems that reduce friction and increase throughput as the company scales.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with cross-functional leaders across Supply, Delivery, GTM, Innovation, Finance, and Engineering to bring operational clarity and execution rigor to top priorities.
Own the recurring operating cadence including weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews to ensure metrics and reporting tell a clear story to leadership.
Drive complex cross-functional initiatives end-to-end, particularly those that span multiple teams or sit between gaps.
Lead annual planning and quarterly business review inputs to translate strategic priorities into structured operating plans.
Diagnose performance bottlenecks related to capacity, quality, throughput, customer outcomes, and cost.
Take ownership of ambiguous workstreams or emerging problem areas and guide them to successful outcomes.
Identify execution risks early, surface trade-offs to leadership, and act as a key thought partner to DaaS leadership.

Requirements

Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or comparable roles.
Proven history of partnering closely with operational leaders within high-growth or complex environments.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and deliver successful end-to-end outcomes.
Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to utilize data for decision-making and performance tracking.
Exceptional ability to bring structure and clarity to ambiguous problem spaces.
Strong track record of influencing without formal authority.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
High ownership, strong prioritization skills, bias toward action, and an entrepreneurial mindset.

Background working in services, marketplace, or data-driven business models.
Exposure to delivery, operations, or workforce-based execution models.
Prior experience supporting corporate planning cycles and executive reporting.
