Role Overview

Socure is seeking a dedicated specialist to join the Commercial department and guide clients through successful platform implementations. Working at the intersection of advanced technology and client execution, this professional will help organizations maximize the value of AI-powered identity verification tools. The position is well-suited for individuals who enjoy handling complex problems, thinking critically, and operating in a high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end platform implementations to ensure timely and effective client deployments.
Configure intelligent decisioning engines, machine learning model outputs, and automated workflows tailored to specific business strategies.
Analyze performance metrics such as acceptance rates and error trends to fine-tune configurations and maximize platform accuracy.
Design automated decisioning flows that reduce manual reviews and accelerate customer approvals.
Diagnose and resolve technical challenges related to API performance, data pipelines, and model responses.
Deliver engaging training sessions and build internal client champions.
Provide valuable feedback from deployments to internal Product and Engineering teams.

Requirements

Minimum of five years of relevant experience in identity or fraud-related technical implementation, solution consulting, or support engineering.
Familiarity with artificial intelligence, machine learning concepts, automated decisioning systems, or data analytics.
Solid working knowledge of APIs, web-based platforms, and data integration patterns.
Strong data-curious mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and proactively suggest improvements.
Capable of managing multiple client workstreams with a strong bias toward proactive communication.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in an analytical, technical, or related field.

Nice to Have

Practical background in fraud prevention, identity verification, compliance, or risk modeling platforms.
Exposure to data pipeline tooling, SQL, BI tools, data warehouses, or feature engineering concepts.
Prior experience navigating complex technical stacks within enterprise client environments.
Background working in fast-paced startup or high-growth software-as-a-service organizations.
