The company operates an enterprise control and execution platform that unifies applications, data, and processes to help large organizations run AI workloads reliably at scale. Joining this group means designing the backend infrastructure that powers AI chatbot dispatching, high-performance gateways, and synchronous as well as execution layers.
Day-to-day work centers on writing efficient Go code, building server-side monitoring tools, and collaborating with infrastructure specialists to maintain high availability. The team relies on engineers who can troubleshoot tricky bottlenecks, propose architectural improvements, and participate in full-cycle product delivery from initial design through production support.
What you will do
- Develop mission-critical features and backend services for the platform using the Go language.
- Build high-performance gateways and routing components to handle AI chatbot dispatching and execution workflows.
- Design and implement server-side infrastructure for comprehensive logging and system monitoring.
- Partner with Infrastructure and SRE teams to meet strict availability and scalability requirements.
- Collaborate with artificial intelligence specialists to build features for a new assistant tool.
- Write well-designed, testable, and efficient code across all phases of the product development lifecycle.
- Evaluate existing systems, propose architectural enhancements, and investigate alternative technologies.
What you need
- Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Bring 8 or more years of overall software engineering industry experience.
- Demonstrate at least 4 years of strong backend development experience using the Go programming language.
- Possess solid analytical, debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Understand the core architecture of large-scale web applications including databases, load balancers, caching, and message brokers.
- Show hands-on experience building and scaling distributed, highly available systems.
- Have at least a basic knowledge of Kubernetes concepts and configuration.
Nice to have
- Experience with Docker and other isolation technologies
- Experience with Redis-based caching
- Experience with public cloud infrastructure providers such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Background in related fields like DevOps, Machine Learning, DBA, or enterprise applications
- Experience handling third-party REST APIs at scale
