Design enterprise features focusing on extensibility, context, and proactivity to drive daily adoption.
Deliver solutions for the public sector, adhering to regulated environments and government requirements.
Build foundational systems covering identity, permissions, security, compliance, and admin analytics.
Drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies through data-driven technical implementations.

Requirements

A minimum of 6 years of practical full-stack engineering experience.
Demonstrated experience leading the design and delivery of complex consumer or B2B user-facing products.
Strong technical proficiency in modern frontend and backend development, particularly with React and TypeScript.
Experience working in early start-up or fast-moving, rapidly evolving environments.
Proven ability to drive cross-team alignment, establish engineering standards, and navigate ambiguity.
A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
