Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure software, focusing heavily on the Go language.
Work alongside product managers and fellow engineers to translate requirements into functional product features.
Optimize and troubleshoot existing codebase components to boost overall reliability and performance.
Take part in peer code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
Engage in architectural planning and strategy sessions.
Keep track of emerging tech trends and industry developments.

Requirements

Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline, or possess equivalent practical experience.
Bring at least three years of professional software development experience, including working with Go.
Demonstrate a strong command of the Go programming ecosystem.
Exhibit solid problem-solving abilities within team settings.
Possess exceptional communication abilities alongside sharp attention to detail.
Successfully pass a standard background investigation.

Nice to Have

Background working with C, Rust, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
Experience in deploying or building machine learning applications and utilizing Python ML libraries.
Familiarity with building and running large-scale distributed architectures.
Hands-on practice with containerization tools like Docker, LXC, virtual machines, or hypervisors.
Expertise in troubleshooting Linux applications, kernel issues, or drivers.
