Role Overview

The Senior Product Marketing Manager at Whippy AI is the founding marketing hire responsible for taking over and scaling the marketing operations currently managed by the CEO. This remote, full-time position in the United States suits a hands-on marketer who can both write the positioning story and build the distribution machine to drive pipeline generation.

Key Responsibilities

Codify existing messaging from founder webinars, demos, and customer case studies into a single source of truth including positioning, product one-liners, proof points, and competitive framing.
Own email and lifecycle marketing end-to-end, targeting existing customer bases, unclosed demo leads, closed-lost deals, and warm site traffic with automated sequences and retargeting programs.
Rebuild and manage HubSpot as a measurement backbone, establishing contact hygiene, segmentation, lifecycle stages, campaign tracking, and attribution.
Build the proof engine by extracting customer stories, conducting interviews, drafting case studies, and creating sales enablement materials like battlecards and partner kits.
Turn events into campaigns by managing promotion, follow-up, and content repurposing, while leading the blog and SEO content writer to align with the core messaging.

Requirements

4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing with a background combining hands-on lifecycle, email, or growth work with real product marketing.
Experience working in small companies under 100 people, demonstrating the ability to handle diverse execution tasks independently.
Strong, demonstrable expertise in HubSpot, including workflows, marketing contacts, segmentation, lifecycle stages, and attribution.
Fast, clear writing skills capable of producing high-quality drafts without heavy editing.
Analytical mindset with a focus on metrics such as pipeline sourced, conversion rates, and campaign returns.
