Key Responsibilities

Own and execute the product roadmap for the Watchlist screening and monitoring platform.
Translate regulatory updates, market trends, and client feedback into actionable product requirements.
Monitor and define key metrics including false positive rates, screening accuracy, and match coverage.
Drive advancements in individual screening, monitoring, data coverage, and name match precision.
Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance platform scalability, reliability, and integration across products.
Work alongside data science experts to develop next-generation data ingestion tech and machine learning matching systems.
Partner with go-to-market, sales, and customer success teams to support enterprise deals and client retention.
Engage externally with compliance buyers, stakeholders, and industry audiences.
Use analytics and SQL to assess product performance and guide prioritization choices.

Requirements

Possess 3 to 5 years of product management experience, preferably within ML-driven products, identity verification, compliance technology, or AML and sanctions screening.
Demonstrate a strong technical background with understanding of data pipelines, APIs, and machine learning model behaviors.
Comfort with reviewing technical specifications and writing SQL.
Exhibit analytical capability to interpret screening performance metrics such as recall, precision, and hit rate.
Bring direct experience working with enterprise customers, financial institutions, or compliance buyers.
Show strong communication skills to explain technical and compliance concepts to engineering and executive stakeholders.
Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced setting.
Must reside in one of the designated talent hubs including San Francisco, New York, Seattle, or Miami.
