Take student-facing AI surfaces, including the AI Tutor and AI Grader, end-to-end from initial prototype to final product.

Collaborate closely with Curriculum, Learning, and Engineering departments to support live classroom delivery and asynchronous student interactions.
Set high standards for design quality, interaction models, and overall engagement across all learner touchpoints.
Define key performance metrics and design user discovery experiments to validate product bets.

Requirements

Proven experience scaling a live product where usage multiplied while overall quality improved.
Strong zero-to-one product instincts capable of mapping existing environments and charting paths forward without pre-existing documentation or processes.
Deeply AI-native working style, capable of generating and pressure-testing prototypes, requirements, and analyses within hours.
Track record of building products focused on engagement and retention metrics, utilizing interaction loops to move the scoreboard.
Ability to hold strong opinions, defend well-reasoned product bets under pressure, and thrive in ambiguity.
Strong analytical instincts with the capability to define essential metrics and interpret data accurately.
Excellent writing skills to draft reliable requirements for engineers and articulate product strategies to diverse audiences.

Nice to Have

Fluency in modern product management toolkits, including product analytics tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Hex, prototyping tools like Figma or Framer, data querying via SQL, and AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor.
