Collaborate cross-functionally across worker onboarding, project setup, timecards, reporting, and labor relations to maintain clear service boundaries.
Drive the execution lifecycle completely from initial discovery through launch while maintaining reliable delivery standards.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of product management experience working within SaaS, fintech, or similarly complex technical spaces.
Strong technical background with the ability to discuss data models, service boundaries, and integrations comfortably with engineering teams.
Demonstrated ability to independently define and execute product strategies that generate measurable results.
Daily user of artificial intelligence tools, utilizing LLMs and AI-assisted workflows to accelerate execution.
Experience owning platforms or data products that serve as critical dependencies for other teams.
Excellent written communication skills for creating clear, decision-oriented specifications and data contracts.
Strong analytical capabilities with the competence to navigate ambiguity and master complex domains rapidly.
Practical ability to independently query and analyze data using tools like SQL and Snowflake.

Nice to Have

Previous domain expertise within payroll, fintech, or the entertainment industry involving regulatory compliance.
Direct experience owning a rules engine, data model, configuration platform, or internal operator tooling.
