About this role

Tavily, part of Nebius, needs to solve the friction large engineering organizations face when adopting AI agents in production, particularly around governance, visibility, and control plane capabilities. As the Senior Product Manager for Enterprise, you will own the roadmap for the web access layer relied upon by over two million developers and Fortune 500 companies. Your day-to-day work involves shaping the API surface and platform infrastructure—covering identity, quotas, spend controls, audit, and data residency—to remove the exact blockers that stall enterprise deals today. You will collaborate closely with customer success, sales, and forward-deployed engineers to shadow accounts, separate single-account edge cases from broad enterprise patterns, and turn qualitative feedback into scalable product features. An ideal candidate possesses deep intuition for developer platforms, strong technical judgment regarding APIs and LLM workflows, and the ability to drive alignment across cross-functional teams without formal authority.

What you will do

  • Manage the enterprise product roadmap by deciding what is built for large customers, determining sequencing, and justifying priorities with evidence.
  • Develop platform capabilities required by enterprises, including organizational identity, API keys, usage quotas, spend controls, and compliance features.
  • Evaluate API surfaces for enterprise use so platform teams and developers can integrate services with minimal friction.
  • Partner with sales, customer success, and forward-deployed engineering to observe enterprise requirements directly inside active accounts.
  • Distinguish individual customer edge cases from broader market patterns that justify long-term platform investments.
  • Equip go-to-market teams with positioning materials, technical context, and product understanding to communicate value effectively.
  • Represent enterprise customer needs during internal product planning sessions using clear, data-driven arguments.

What you need

  • Bring at least six years of product management experience with significant focus on B2B enterprise products, developer platforms, or API businesses.
  • Demonstrate hands-on experience building developer-facing or API products that reflect an understanding of robust API design.
  • Show a proven history of developing core platform features such as identity management, access permissions, usage limits, and auditing capabilities.
  • Possess a track record of partnering with large enterprise accounts and translating customer requirements into shipped software.
  • Establish credibility with technical buyers including platform architects, engineering leadership, security teams, and procurement.
  • Maintain a strong comprehension of large language models, AI agents, and how search and retrieval integrate into agentic workflows.

Nice to have

  • Background as a forward-deployed engineer, solutions engineer, or solutions architect prior to moving into product management.
  • Experience working in search, information retrieval, or natural language processing.
  • Familiarity with API-first business models that support both self-serve and enterprise sales motions.
  • Experience building software for regulated industries such as financial services, insurance, or healthcare.

Benefits

  • Competitive compensation
  • Career growth and learning opportunities
  • Flexibility and ownership
  • Collaborative and innovative culture
  • Opportunity to work on impactful AI projects
