About this role

Socure is seeking a hybrid Senior Product Manager for Core Fraud Services based in Seattle, Washington. This full-time position suits an experienced product leader ready to build foundational identity trust infrastructure and scale critical platform capabilities.

Role Overview

In this position, the professional leads the development and expansion of the foundational platform powering fraud decisioning across the company product suite. The role focuses on shaping and scaling shared services, application programming interfaces, and machine learning capabilities to turn raw fraud signals into high-performance risk intelligence. Rather than managing a single customer-facing application, the individual builds reusable infrastructure that enables a broad portfolio of fraud solutions while collaborating tightly with engineering and data science teams.

Key Responsibilities

Own the model factory as a product to ensure operational excellence, enhance model performance, and manage the end-to-end model lifecycle.
Scale cross-fraud services like name matching and address validation to guarantee global consistency, high availability, and low-latency performance.
Lead technical enablement for score add-ons such as graph intelligence and signals for maximum reuse across the platform.
Apply structured frameworks like RICE, Kano, jobs-to-be-done, and opportunity solution trees for data-based prioritization.
Define product requirements, acceptance criteria, and success metrics to support engineering execution.
Identify and execute opportunities to natively integrate graph insights into existing risk products to raise detection rates and lower false positives.
Conduct customer discovery and work alongside customer success and sales engineering to optimize workflows.
Collaborate with product marketing and operations to produce release notes, documentation, and enablement materials.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of product management experience focused on platform systems, infrastructure, or core services in high-scale business-to-business application programming interface or machine learning environments.
Proven history of delivering technical products end-to-end on schedule and iterating based on impact.
Technical expertise in building artificial intelligence or machine learning-powered products, data platforms, or decisioning systems.
Strategic thinking capacity to build and execute multi-year product roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
Cross-functional communication skills to align remote teams and diverse stakeholders.
Ability to drive innovation using market insights and client feedback.
Availability to travel 10 to 15 percent of the time.
Must be located in the Seattle talent hub.

Nice to Have

Experience building products within fraud, identity verification, risk, cybersecurity, fintech, payments, or financial services.
Client-facing background within financial services, fintech, or government sectors.
Master of Business Administration or advanced degree in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline.
Two or more years creating business-to-business self-service products for end customers and internal users.
Strong user-centric product habits alongside designers and engineers.
