Role Overview

As a Senior Product Manager at Glow, the selected candidate will take full ownership of strategic product areas from end to end. This position involves partnering with engineering, design, data science, and go-to-market teams to address intricate customer challenges and launch innovative solutions. Working in Tel Aviv, the individual will interact directly with enterprise clients, guide company priorities, and turn emerging technology trends into actionable product strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Design and execute the product strategy, roadmap, and delivery for major areas of the platform.
Guide cross-functional teams through the entire product lifecycle, from initial discovery to launch and ongoing iteration.
Collaborate with engineering, design, and research departments to deliver customer-focused features.
Meet directly with enterprise customers to comprehend their operational challenges and validate product direction.
Translate analytics, competitive research, and user feedback into clear product plans.
Establish success metrics, evaluate outcomes, and refine the user experience over time.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of product management experience creating software products.
Strong technical perspective with a history of collaborating closely with engineering teams.
Demonstrated capability to formulate product strategy, prioritize initiatives, and drive business value.
Exceptional analytical thinking, product judgment, and problem-solving abilities.
Direct experience engaging with enterprise customers.
Outstanding communication skills to align stakeholders across departments.
Comfort with ambiguity and fast-moving operational settings.
