Role Overview

As a Senior AI Engineer, the individual will take charge of intelligent decision-making pipelines that transform intricate workspace telemetry into autonomous security actions. The professional will design, build, and deploy advanced data classification systems and autonomous reasoning workflows that fuel the preventive operating model. The focus centers on creating resilient, production-ready artificial intelligence systems capable of deep policy comprehension, real-time prevention, and automated risk remediation.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain total end-to-end ownership of artificial intelligence capabilities, covering initial research, architectural design, prototyping, production deployment, optimization, and ongoing monitoring.
Architect multi-step AI agents designed to independently investigate workspace risks, interpret complex enterprise policies, and execute precise remediation actions.
Implement a diverse array of machine learning models across research and product pipelines, utilizing text extraction, clustering, document analysis, and tabular data classification.
Develop fault-tolerant, high-throughput production code to ensure pipelines and agentic workflows remain predictable, deeply observable, and scalable for enterprise loads.
Establish continuous evaluation frameworks to benchmark agent accuracy, prevent hallucinations, and enforce strict privacy and data security guardrails.

Requirements

Extensive background working with large language models and modern agentic stacks, including LangGraph, AutoGPT patterns, orchestration, and tool-calling.
Strong coding background with a full-stack data science mindset, capable of navigating large codebases, understanding backend services, and writing production-grade code.
Product-driven research approach focused on delivering maximum user impact through appropriate tools, ranging from simple heuristics to complex fine-tuned models.
Demonstrated proficiency in Python and SQL, with the ability to interface with ClickHouse and Postgres to construct data-rich contexts.
High engineering rigor with a strong emphasis on version control, testing, CI/CD, and treating prompts and configurations with engineering discipline.
Educational background featuring a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience in a high-growth artificial intelligence environment.
Full professional fluency in both written and spoken English and Hebrew.
