Role Overview

Durable seeks a Senior Product Designer, AI to join the design team in Vancouver. This on-site role invites professionals to shape how business owners and entrepreneurs interact with intelligent, agentic workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Craft beautiful experiences that intelligently and intuitively blend agentic workflows with traditional user interfaces.
Work across all teams to define and deliver the future of artificial intelligence user experience.
Handle execution while holding everyone to a high standard of quality.
Prototype directly with the latest models, experiment, learn capabilities, and uncover innovative user experience opportunities.

Requirements

Bring four or more years of product design experience working on shipped B2C products, supported by a detailed portfolio.
Feel comfortable producing work in code or using artificial intelligence-assisted coding tools like Cursor or Claude Code.
Demonstrate fluency with current artificial intelligence creative tools including image, video, and voice generation.
Exhibit experience designing generative experiences such as prompt interfaces, automated output, and multi-modal interactions.
Apply systems thinking to develop design patterns and component libraries that scale beyond individual features.

Nice to Have

Possess an eye for exceptional brand design and motion to help push the Durable brand further in-product and across marketing.
Bring previous startup experience or a history of launching independent projects.
