Requirements

Candidates must be based in Canada and able to travel to Vancouver at least once per quarter for in-office work.
Expertise in at least one core area including paid performance, growth and conversion rate optimization, or AI video and creative production.
Proven history of managing meaningful advertising budgets across major platforms like Meta, Google, and TikTok.
Experience working within product-led growth environments where activation and retention are critical.
Ability to analyze conversion funnels and diagnose drop-off points.
