Produce polished user flows, high-fidelity designs, interactive prototypes, and production-ready specifications to support seamless design-to-code workflows.
Elevate product craft through strong information architecture, visual design, interaction design, UX writing, accessibility, and edge-case management.
Leverage usability testing, customer feedback, analytics, and support data to identify friction points and optimize the user journey.
Build upon the company design system to ensure the overall product remains scalable, cohesive, and visually distinctive.
Introduce thoughtful defaults, clear feedback, and elegant microinteractions that surprise and delight technical users.

Requirements

Bring six or more years of product design experience, preferably focused on cloud platforms, developer tools, infrastructure, AI/ML tools, data products, or technical SaaS.
Provide a strong portfolio demonstrating superior UX thinking, visual design craft, systems thinking, and the simplification of complex products.
Demonstrate high urgency, strong personal ownership, and a proven history of advancing design initiatives in fast-paced settings.
Possess sound product judgment to balance technical constraints, business impact, user requirements, speed, and quality.
Exhibit advanced visual and interaction design skills with precise attention to layout, typography, spacing, hierarchy, and states.
Show experience working alongside product managers and engineers to launch technically challenging products.
Understand complex workflows related to APIs, cloud infrastructure, deployments, usage-based pricing, and AI/ML architectures.
Utilize quantitative and qualitative insights to inform and guide design choices.
Maintain strong communication skills to articulate design rationale and foster team alignment.
