Role Overview

In this position, the professional partners with the Sales Engineering organization to drive operational excellence across technical pre-sales. The individual serves as a bridge between technical teams and business operations, sales, product, services, and go-to-market leadership. Responsibilities include building scalable processes, enhancing operational rigor, and managing technical programs within a fast-moving AI infrastructure environment.

Key Responsibilities

Build and improve operational processes supporting the global Sales Engineering organization.
Scale technical pre-sales operations across complex enterprise and AI infrastructure sales motions.
Create operational rigor around proof of concepts, evaluations, demos, technical validation workflows, and customer readiness activities.
Improve visibility into Sales Engineering engagement, resource allocation, workload, and execution priorities.
Coordinate cross-functional technical initiatives involving Sales Engineering, Product, Engineering, Global Support Services, Sales, and Revenue Operations.
Build scalable workflows for technical evaluations, customer onboarding support, and solution readiness.
Develop dashboards, KPIs, scorecards, and reporting frameworks for leadership.
Support forecasting processes, quarterly business reviews, operational reviews, and executive reporting.
Partner with go-to-market applications and Revenue Operations to improve systems, workflows, and Salesforce operational hygiene.
Support capacity planning, territory alignment, and organizational scale with leadership.

Requirements

Seven or more years of experience in Technical Operations, Sales Operations, Sales Engineering Operations, Program Management, or related operational roles.
Experience supporting Sales Engineering, technical pre-sales, or enterprise infrastructure organizations.
Strong understanding of enterprise hardware, storage, AI infrastructure, cloud, or data center environments.
Proven ability to create scalable operational processes and drive cross-functional execution.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Experience building dashboards, operational reporting, and KPI frameworks.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with Salesforce and operational reporting environments.

Nice to Have

Experience in AI infrastructure, High-Performance Computing, enterprise storage, Graphics Processing Unit infrastructure, or cloud platforms.
Familiarity with proof of concept management, technical validation workflows, and enterprise solution design processes.
Experience supporting global technical organizations.
Exposure to automation, artificial intelligence-enabled workflows, and operational tooling modernization.
Experience operating in high-growth or transformation-stage technology companies.
