Engage directly with customers to validate concepts and test solutions against real-world usage.
Establish repeatable standards and practices that make machine learning reliable across the organization.

Requirements

Senior-level background in machine learning engineering, data science, or applied research, backed by real production deployments across API, batch, or streaming.
Strong statistical mindset with the ability to design, run, and interpret A/B tests and experiments.
Proficient in Python alongside practical experience with tools such as scikit-learn, XGBoost, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
Solid understanding of modern software engineering, data tooling, infrastructure, and full lifecycle MLOps challenges.
